I am a mixed media artist, photographer, and writer in Maryland. I've been
married for 19 years and have twin teenage daughters attending Towson
University and one teenage son who is a sophomore in high school, three
cats and my Corgi!
I have spent the past 29 years in photography and writing, the past 14 in
mixed media paper and fabric/fiber arts.
I have worked with photographs and the written word since high school.
Over the years I have learned to incorporate these mediums into my artistic
media. I have studied with nationally known mixed media artists and art
journalists. I taught scrap booking for several years, again combining the
photograph with the written word. I have been published in magazines,
books, art zines, blogs and more. Some of my art journaling writer’s prompts
were developed and sold as rubber stamps. It is my desire to continue
publishing as well as teach using these mediums.

I LOVE audiobooks!!! I have a premium account on www.audible.com. I
download to my iPod and read with my ears anywhere I want! I mostly love
current fiction and occasionally a classic. Currently my favorite authors are
Chris Bohjalian, Anita Shreve, Jodi Picoult, Sara Gruen, Barbara Kingsolver
and Nicholas Evans. I have a BIG library of downloaded audiobooks!
